For Immediate Release:
Family Forest® Calculates Lion In Winter Family Ties
Kamuela, HI January 11, 2005 – The Family Forest® has
successfully calculated more than 100,000 exact family relationships for each
of two of the key historical characters in the classic Hollywood film (and one
of the Essentials at TCM, Turner Classic Movies), the Lion In Winter.
The two key characters are Eleanor of Aquitaine (portrayed
by Katharine Hepburn), and Philip II, King of France (portrayed by Timothy
Dalton). A sampling of the surprising results is available free at this web page.
There are an enormous number of generation-by-generation
ancestral pathways already in place in the Family Forest® to make these
calculations. They provide countless potential connection points for millions
of people to discover why they are entitled to call some of the characters in
the Lion In Winter grandmother or grandfather (preceded by some number of
“greats”).
Philip II, King of France, was also a participant in The
Crusades. Most of the people who discover their own Family Forest® ancestral
pathways to their ancestors in the Lion In Winter, can also discover they have
actual ancestors who will be portrayed in a new Hollywood
motion picture about The Crusades scheduled to appear in May 2005.
According to Bruce Harrison, ancestral history tour guide
and cartographer, 20th Century-Fox’s “Kingdom
of Heaven” will portray some of the
actual ancestors of “probably hundreds of millions of living people.”
The Family Forest® is the amazing digital resources that
maps out the ancestral pathways to visually show these connections.
The Family Forest® is the world’s most interconnected
digital resource for ancestral history, and seeing is believing.
